We transformed this 120-year-old riverfront Victorian home into a modern family retreat, complete with a riverside pool and outdoor entertainment area. While still preserving the historic character and charm of the home, we not only updated the finishes and mechanicals, but we reimagined the layout of each floor to accommodate modern day amenities and living. By relocating the kitchen, creating a functional entry, reconfiguring the second floor and finishing the basement, we’ve truly created a family friendly haven for this and the next generation.
